This class is designed for students who are new to yoga or experienced students who are already familiar with yoga but want a more relaxing and softer approach. In this class students will learn about physical safety and proper execution of poses (asanas) This class will also introduce students to the health benefits of sun salutations, chanting, meditation and more. We will also explore other styles of yoga such as Bikram, Kundalini, and Ashtanga.
Yoga for Teens
This class is designed for young teenagers. In this class students will learn ways to relax and let go of stress from themselves before their first day of high school, big exams and other stressful situations that teens face on an every day basis such as peer pressure.
