Yoga is an ancient exercise with origins that trace back to India. In vinyasa yoga we move with a flowing meditative movement. The purifying sweat helps to detoxify our body as we connect with our mind body and spirit.

*Class passes are designed for students who want to take more than one yoga class but do not feel they would utilize all classes offered within a month. Students may purchase a class pass package and have 6 months from the date of purchase to use their package.
Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Corner and Wellness Temple is launching our very first Beginner Level Yoga Teacher Training. Students will gain the knowledge and skills they need to teach beginner level yoga classes in any type of setting (gym, health club, yoga studio, school, office, home).

Students will recieve a certificate of completion for the yoga teacher training on February 28th which will certify the student to teach yoga classes. A graduation ceromony will be held at 7:30pm and a reception will follow after each student has received his or her certificate.

Yoga Teacher can earn anywhere from $50-$120 a class at yoga studio's and $15 -$20 at a gym and fitness center

The cost of the training will go as follows: $400

The registration fee includes all books, training manual and a yoga mat.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a relaxing form of yoga that mainly consist of sitting, kneeling and supine poses. Very little standing is done through out the class. This is a great yoga class to take after a stressful day of work or for those that are sick.

Vinyasa Yoga 

This class is designed for students who are new to yoga or experienced students who are already familiar with yoga but want a more relaxing and softer approach. In this class students will learn about physical safety and proper execution of poses (asanas) This class will also introduce students to the health benefits of sun salutations, chanting, meditation and more. We will also explore other styles of yoga such as Bikram, Kundalini, and Ashtanga.

Yoga for Teens

This class is designed for young teenagers. In this class students will learn ways to relax and let go of stress from themselves before their first day of high school, big exams and other stressful situations that teens face on an every day basis such as peer pressure.

Yoga for Kids 
This class is especially designed for children. Children will learn yoga while having fun. Best of all yoga has been proven to increase concentration in children of all ages.

Family Yoga
Practice yoga right side long your family now the family can bond and stay fit all at the same time!!!

Yoga for Tots
This class is designed for young children and toddlers. In this yoga class students will learn coordination and how to increase their motor skills.
